We use NYE regularly to clean our windows but have just used them to clean our conservatory roof, gutters and fascia's. Steve came and did an awesome job. Very competitive, great service and great results.
The Conservatory roof had not been done for years. Was green and ruined and come up like new! We can now enjoy the sun again. Thanks again Steve and all at Nye!!!

Recently I had an issue with my gutter and they fixed it quickly without charging me extra.

I have just used Nye Cleaning for a driveway and a patio plus windows. I'm very happy to highly recommend them and I will be using them again. At first I thought the quote was above what I was expecting but after seeing all the work, hours and attention to detail (for example a return visit to infill kiln sand into the spaces between the paving blocks, and all the mud and moss taken away) I can see I received a really excellent service. I don't have a 'before' photo by my driveway was a soggy mess with lots of moss. None of the blocks showed any colour expect dark grey. The 'after' photo shows all the colours have come back - genuinely like brand new!

I have never had no problems with Nye cleaning. They always come when they say they will to clean my windows, the price is reasonable n they do a brilliant job. My windows r sparkling after they been done. Have been using them for last 8 months n always been top notch job. So will continue to use them for years to come

I have used Nye Cleaning for around 5 years now for yearly gutter cleans and regular window cleaning and their team never fail to amaze me. I would definitely recommend. The team have impeccable service and the upmost professionalism. Great prices also 👍🏼

The quality of the cleaning has always been fairly average / unremarkable, but communication and billing are dreadful. We originally agreed that they would notify us when they were coming and leave a payment slip / invoice in our post box. They’ve never managed either, instead opting to leave payment slips in the most obscure places and despite being reminded to make sure that we knew they’d actually been.
We recently returned home to find all of our outdoor furniture cushions water damaged where they were too lazy to move them from under the windows they were cleaning and, today, having specifically asked them to confirm what we owed (so we could settle up), my wife had to confront them as they stood in our driveway insulting us and swearing that we ‘should f*cking know what we have to pay’.
I rarely leave negative reviews as opinions are subjective and it's often better to say nothing, but these people are rude, unpleasant, unprofessional, and should be avoided.
